Ticket Swapping:

If you are unable to make the event, you can exchange your ticket with another person, following the guidance below:

1. Find an individual who is interested in buying their ticket from you

​

2. Please send us the full names and emails of both people involved to our instagram account (@icsmtrauma) + the buyer must send a screenshot of their ticket and we will approve it

​

3. Transfer the money amongst yourselves 

4. We will transfer the ticket to the new person
